The Seed Savers Network-Kenya (SNN) carried out a study to analyze current seed policy and law and identify opportunities for the local/county governments to support farmers and their seed saving efforts.

Findings are presented in the brief Enhancing recognition and support for community seed-banks in Kenya: The role of County Governments. The document was shared with the four county governments of Nakuru, Kisumu, Vihiga and Bungoma, where SNN-Kenya and its partners work.
